QuickBooks Pro 4.5 (Release 19)

This update restores functionality that was removed from
QuickBooks Pro 4.5 by Release 18.

To print this document, from the File menu, select Print.

To update your copy of QuickBooks to Release 19:
-------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Back up your company file(s). For instructions on backing up 
   your data, search the Help Index under "backups".

2. Exit QuickBooks.

3. Make sure the update disk is in your floppy drive.

4. (Windows 95 or 98) Click the "Start" button, then choose "Run".

   (Windows 3.1) From the "File" menu of the Program Manager,
                 choose "Run".

5. Type the letter of your floppy drive, then:

   :\setup.exe

   (for example, "a:\setup.exe").

6. The update should automatically locate QuickBooks on your hard
   drive. If it does not, it will prompt you to navigate to your
   QuickBooks directory.

7. Follow the instructions on your screen.
